ESN Week

A week was organized for the members of our section. During the week, there were various educational and team-building activities. The members had the opportunity to attend a workshop focused on innovating our events, discovering new opportunities within our section, and motivating volunteers to be more proactive. The week also consisted of team-building activities like quizzes on different topics from music and sports to ESN facts, and self-development workshops focused on not burning out and dealing with stress. During the week there was a presentation of new candidates for the leadership of our section. We finished the ESN week with an Alumni meeting (reunion of former and current members). The goal of ESN Week is to bring more members of our section together, strengthen relationships between processes of our section, give feedback on the semester, and also get to know each other from a different angle than just how we normally know each other from ESN, which is a big added value of this event.
