This event is also held at the beginning of the semester. ESN Tartu in collaboration with local club organizes a Welcome Party for the new (and the old) students in Tartu. The aim of this event is to bring together foreign and local students. Many years of experience have shown that this kind of event is the most successful when it takes place in a club. Mostly due to the fact that people are more comfortable to communicate with new people than in some kind of semi-formal event.
