Goal of the Activity
We aimed to motivate staff members, strengthen teamwork, and build a shared vision within the Section, while in parallel providing new volunteers with the essential knowledge of ESN’s local and national functioning and empowering them with the tools and confidence needed to transition into staff roles without uncertainty or inactivity.

The event was a two-day immersive retreat with an overnight stay, combining interactive workshops on teamwork, event planning, and intercultural communication. Participants engaged in hands-on activities that fostered networking, practical skill-building, and a deeper understanding of ESN’s impact, all while enjoying a fun break from routine in a natural setting.
