Goal of the Activity
The aim of the activity, launched by ESN Italia, was to show the strong link between culture and good health by proposing traditional recipes from the countries of origin of our Erasmus, accompanied by important nutritional information.
Description
We asked our Erasmus to prepare a typical recipe from their country, indicating the ingredients and the method of preparation. Then we asked them to send us a photo of the dish alone and one of them with the dish, together with some information about the traditions linked to the dish and the nutritional value of the ingredients.
