Description
Marienburg Castle, residence of the Gulph family, is one of Europe's oldest royal houses! The castle was built as a present by King George V of Hanover to his wife, Queen Marie (hence the naming). Today, the neo-Gothic monument is in private property of Prince Ernst August jun. of Hanover. Join us this Saturday, 28th of May, in our visit to this breath-taking castle! We will start from Göttingen and go by train to Nordstemmen. We will then walk around 30-40 minutes to arrive at the Castle, where we will stay for 2 to 3 hours. We will wander around the park and admire the castle.
