Goal of the Activity

To let our members try out a mindfulness activity, given to us by a professional of the field.

Description

Is your mind constantly working with 'to do' -lists? All the tasks regarding studies, work, home, family, friends, hobbies… And at the same time you might have significant worries about the future. And in the evening when you settle down, the noise in your head won’t quiet down just like that. After a day like that your sleep and recovery might not be that good either. Sounds familiar?

According to several scientific studies Mindfulness is an excellent way to calm an overactive and wandering mind. Mindfulness practices are a way to train your mind and strengthen your brain to tolerate stress and recover better.

This mindfulness practise gives you an opportunity to get to know the method. It gives you a chance to calm your mind and settle down in your body. This practise is suitable for all, you don’t have to have previous experience of mindfulness meditation. You’ll get clear guidance to safe and comfortable meditation. You can just relax, breathe and let your mind settle down.

ESN FINT is inviting Anne from @Mama Bear Mindfulness to make us a 20 minute Mindfulness moment. Our moment of Mindfulness is a perfect way to take a step away from all your busyness and let your brain have a different kind of journey.
