Outcomes
The atmosphere was cozy and chill and the venue was perfect for this type of activity, the event went very good and smooth in general even though it was somewhat impromptu. The presentation about Estonia was informative, very detailed and covered every important topic. Participants enjoyed the food and we had a good variety of snacks prepared even though there were more participants than we realistically expected. We had 2 helpers who danced Estonian folk dances teaching the participants some fun and simple dances and everyone got very involved in it. The dances were accompanied by live accordion music performed by the local helper. The Kahoot quiz about Estonia was fun and people did well on it in general. Most of the volunteers were very helpful and enjoyed the event a lot. We got a lot of positive feedback from the participants. The event was the first ever collaboration with FLEX Alumni Estonia, and its members were impressed by the organization and high attendance and are willing to continue the cooperation in the future.
