This activity aims to bring Erasmus people closer to theaters and to the "opera world" Italy is so rich in.
This event wants to be a different cultural experience not everybody has the opportunity to do while on Erasmus abroad: it wants to overcome language barriers and to bring closer young people to such a "classical environment" like the theater one.
A group of Erasmus people and ESNers had the opportunity to watch "Roberto Devereux" opera from Gaetano Donizetti (composer from Bergamo) at a reduced price and good seats thanks to a partnership with Teatro Donizetti Bergamo we are working on to establish.
People arrived in general on time and even though we were sitting in different seats and not all together, we could meet up during the break and of course at the end of the performance to share feedbacks and opinions.
The opera was played in Italian language but with English subtitles too and an English version of the play booklet was furnished at the beginning of the performance.
