The activity started off with presentation about ESN and Erasmus in Schools, and was followed by a privilege wall that focused on access to mobility to introduce the concept of Erasmus mobility. Afterwards the international students presented different mobility opportunities for young people, including the Erasmus programme, EVS, etc...
Then the discussions were taking on a more personal level by splitting off into smaller groups with 4-5 local pupils in order to exchange their opinions about being an active citizen, Europe and societal challenges.
20 Internationals visited 2 schools to discuss with 60 local pupils about International Student Mobility, how to participate in Erasmus and why volunteering and active citizenship is important.
At the end of the visit, many pupils expressed the will to go on international mobility themselves, by discussing the possibilities and the impact with international students, they gained a positive impression and some changed their mind.
The reaction from the teacher was very positive, the teacher proactively prepared the students about the visit and expressed their will to collaborate on other activities in the future.
