The main aim of this activity was not only to introduce and promote the Erasmus project in high school, but also to face the importance of the value of different languages and cultures.
In this way we wanted to highlight the opportunities that the Erasmus project offers to university students, who in addition to being able to spend a period at a foreign university, they could have the opportunity to meet people from all over the world.
This event took place at the “Don Milani” high school in Rovereto and involved 18 and 19 year high - school students. After a brief introduction on the history of the Erasmus project, a German student on Erasmus in Trento shared her experiences as an international student previously at the University of Lyon and then of Trento. The meeting lasted about 2 hours and the students were very enthusiastic and interested in what they were told and at the end they began to participate more actively asking many questions and sharing their ideas and opinions about the the importance of foreign language knowledge when going on Erasmus, the difficulties that can be encountered at the beginning or even about the different places that can be discovered.
