highlight the benefits of carrying out part of the studies abroad, spread the idea of a type of innovative learning based on getting in touch with different cultures and make young people aware of European diversity as a treasure to be exploited.
Both ESN Milano Unicatt and ESN Milano-Bicocca collaborated to give a brief idea of what ERASMUS is and how it works in order to create awareness among high school students before they join a university. We wento to Artemisia Gentileschi's high school, thanks to the invitation received by the NGO "Poliferie". In our workshop, we educated them on how to apply for ERASMUS, what are the advantages, and how the funding and mobility works. Then we gave them a brief description of what is ESN. After we did a visualization exercise, asking to the students to close their eyes and imagine their Erasmus experience since the very beginning. Finally we also showed them some international students testimonial video, those students were on an exchange study in Milan. We emphasized how Mobility and Volunteering for international students, are important for our personal growth as human beings.
