Aimed to fix the issues of (1) many local students being unaware or misinformed about Erasmus+ opportunities, (2) students from non-language or non-social science faculties were underrepresented, and (3) needing to connect mobility promotion with real student experiences. Aimed to make Erasmus+ more approachable, relatable and inclusive for all students, particularly those with fewer opportunities.
We collaborated with our university’s International Relations Office (IRO) to organize a series of events, including Erasmus+ Information Meetings, Erasmus Days celebrations, and participation in the International Week hosted by the Faculty of Business. These events featured live presentations from our ESN team and exchange students, who shared their Erasmus+ experiences, along with booths and Q&A sessions to engage with students directly. We also handed out official materials from ESN International and the ICE Committee and provided extensive social media coverage and stories. A key highlight was our active promotion during International Week, where professors from nine European countries delivered lectures, offering a valuable platform to promote mobility and share international opportunities with attendees. All events were held on-campus in collaboration with the IRO and relevant faculties and were open to all students.
