The event was organized primarily by the Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University of Constanta, who took care of the participant registration process, administering the Zoom channels and presenting about the opportunities available through the Erasmus+ program.
As has become a tradition in the past few years, the Erasmus+ Office of the "Ovidius" University of Constanta invited us to the Erasmus Days webinars organized by them to talk more about what ESN is and how it can help any participants interested in applying for mobility. Due to having a larger number of registered participants than expected, we decided to hold 3 webinars back-to-back that day. Irrespective of the unusual format, the webinars proved to be a measurable success, with both the Office and us receiving many questions from the participants and even benefitting from the live input of 2 local students who were on study mobility in Turkey at that time.
