The main aim of the event was to promote mobility within the Erasmus programme.
In the last few months we have noticed how surprisingly not many people at our University know about the Erasmus+ mobility opportunity. We therefore decided to approach the relevant department of the University and offer to co-organise an event to promote mobility - Erasmus Day.
The coordination of activities was the responsibility of our LEO, who excelled in this role, resulting in an event that exceeded our expectations. We invited ESNers, students who had participated in exchanges before, university representatives, but also students currently on Erasmus in Poland to help. Participants therefore had the opportunity to learn about the nature of the exchange from the technical side, as well as to seek practical advice from students from other countries. We are extremely proud that we managed to persuade the university to meet students' expectations, modify a strongly outdated method of promotion and interact with those interested. Who knows, maybe we also managed to interest students in the ESN incidentally?
