The main goal of this activity was to promote Portuguese food culture.
Description
This is the 3rd episode of Erasmus Cooking Class by ESN Coimbra. This cooking class was shared on both Instagram and Facebook. It included a video, in which an ESN volunteer goes through each step of the recipe, from the presentation of the ingredients to the end-result, a Francesinha. In addition, in the description of the publication, both the ingredients and the necessary steps of this recipe were presented.
