This online conference was facilitated by a registered dietitian and a student studying nutrition and dietetics. By addressing key topics in intuitive eating and engaging participants with real-life examples, the event explored the fundamental principles of intuitive eating, the nutritional and traditional health benefits of apricot and cherry stem tea, and scientific explanations for common misconceptions about bromelain syrup.
