Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity was to make toys for dogs(tug toys) from second-hand materials, which will be delivered in May to an animal shelter located near Poznań.
Description
On Sunday, April 21, we invited international students to our office for an event during which we prepared dog toys, or more precisely, dog tugs. The materials from which we prepared the toys were second-hand and we got them from Po-Dzielnia, or some participants brought something from their homes. Several Polish volunteers showed how to make weaveswe but we also watched a few online tutorials. We had a lot of fun doing it all. In addition, we received a grant from ESN, so we could buy food and after the workshop we could eat together and integrate.
