Discovering the garden of Minerva.

We visited a small natural corner of our city, a botanical garden where it is possible to observe some of the rarest vegetation in the area and the particular irrigation method of medieval origin. During the Middle Ages, in fact, the garden was used for educational purposes for the students of the "Scuola Medica Salernitana", the garden remains a distinctive sign of the city as a testimony of the first important medical school of the city. From the place it is possible to observe one of the most beautiful views of Salerno.
