The goal of the activity was to introduce international students to the cultural and historical heritage of the city of Bologna
ESN Modena volunteers and international students joined a train ride, in the late morning, to the beautiful city of Bologna. Once arrived, the group headed towards Mercato di Mezzo - a lively covered food market - to have typical lunch. The city tour itself took place in the early afternoon, with ESN Bologna volunteers as guides. International students were introduced to the cultural history of Bologna and Bolognese people, while strolling through the streets and city squares. Some Bologna wonders, such as the hidden canals and the talking walls, were not forgotten. The city tour ended with an aperitivo in a local pub.
