Goal of the Activity
The activity aimed to give incoming students the opportunity to taste Plin, a tipical pasta from Piemonte. The restaurant is owned by young people and they are very happy to explain the importance of this dish for the Piedmontese cuisine.
Description
We organized an international dinner at PlinTo, a local restaurant that produced its own pasta. Participants had the chance to try different types of pasta and sauces while meeting new fellow students. We learned more about how plins are made and how they are made in a more modern version in this restaurant. The restaurant took care of all allergies.
