Goal of the Activity

The aim of this event is to show participants what it feels like to live life without one of our senses – sight. The participants will get to experience what food tastes like without being able to see it before eating.

Description

The grass may be green but what does it feel like?

The sky may be blue but what does it sound like?

The roses may be beautiful but what do they smell like?

Food may be colorful but what does it taste like?

Ask the blind and they will know. Blindness is the gateway to another world. This is a beautiful world that we will never know unless we try to understand it. Food is the most special indulgence in our world because we can taste the flavors, smell the aroma and feel the art. Come and experience this beautiful world of blind people by trying to eat and drink, blindfolded.

The participation fee per person is 15 euros with an ESNcard and 17 euros without. This will cover a 3-course meal and a glass of wine.
