Cultural Gymkana

For the organisation of this activity, a Whatsapp group was created with all the volunteers who were going to coordinate. Tasks were shared out (creating the registration form, designing the challenges, photocopies for the groups, etc.). On the day of the gymkhana, all the people involved met at a common starting point where the activity was explained to all the participants and then the volunteers were placed at the challenges stations. Afterwards, the gymkhana began, with each group starting at a different place and rotating until all the challenges had been completed.
