Giving participants a general sense of what to do in a crisis and how to administer Basic Life Support, CPR, and first aid until an ambulance arrives.
All participants joined together in a classroom for our training to start. The training consisted of 2 parts. CPR Training and First Aid for Bleeds. With multiple images and thorough instructions regarding CPR and some live-action exercises, we concluded the first half of our training and took a short break. After the break before beginning the second half of our training, we made a brief warning about the images - as the second half included a lot of injuries and blood. Then we started our second half with instructions and exercises about the subject and concluded our second half. After our schedule was over we had a few questions and some fun what-if scenarios from our participants.
