Description
Last weekend of November, we decided to prepare a teambuilding cottage for our members. The teambuilding was planned for the whole weekend in cottage Pohoda, located on Brno's outskirts. The primary purpose of the chat was to introduce new members to old ones and to sell information about the functioning of the ESN at the local level, and the connection with the national level. Thanks to this, it can lead to better cooperation and the creation of a more welcoming environment for Erasmus students.
The program included workshops, dating games, and also icebreakers. The final number of participants was 34, of which roughly a third were new members
