Goal of the Activity

The goal is contributing towards your health and wellbeing. ESN understands that moving abroad is a big turnaround, which includes changing our everyday habits. Regular practices usually happen when we have a stable routine, and it is kind of hard to stick to the plan in a new environment.

As per usual, ESN is here to support you. We have come up with a challenge full of adventure to motivate and inspire you to develop yourself in a healthy way! Our partner Clanbeat is providing us with a secure space to connect on this journey. Their platform is built from the ground up to allow you to interact with other students.  Struggling alone and motivating yourself is now a thing of the past.

Description

We challenge you to do one physical exercise every day for the month of May. Just “one” !? Yes indeed, much like an advent calendar, you get an exercise to complete each day. Consistency is key, and we hope to motivate you to do even more with us. Participants that complete the challenge will receive a special ESN prize for their commitment.

To keep things balanced and interesting for you, we have scheduled rest days. That means no physical exercise but rather an online meditation class or workshop on improving your habit building.

Working to better yourself is a struggle. We believe that you guys deserve to have some fun along the way. Our partner DHC Drienerlo has agreed to open their doors and provide participants in our challenge the opportunity to have a free game of hockey in their awesome field. The hockey trainers will be there to guide everyone, from beginner to experienced player .
