Description

This interactive cooking workshop offers Erasmus students the chance to dive into the culinary traditions of the host country, learning how to prepare classic dishes using local ingredients and techniques. Guided by experienced chefs or local cooks, students will gain hands-on experience in the kitchen, discovering the flavors, textures, and cooking methods that define the country’s cuisine.

The workshop encourages teamwork and collaboration as students from diverse backgrounds come together to create and share meals. Through this shared experience, students will not only develop practical cooking skills but also engage in meaningful cultural exchange, learning about the food traditions of their peers while sharing their own culinary practices.

Designed to be both fun and educational, the workshop also provides an opportunity for students to build confidence in the kitchen, whether they are beginners or experienced cooks. Along the way, they will acquire useful tips, learn about healthy food choices, and expand their culinary vocabulary, all while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow Erasmus students.

By the end of the workshop, students will not only have learned how to cook authentic dishes but will also take away a deeper connection to the culture and memories of their time abroad.
