The activity was an online cooking session where some volunteers shared vegetarian recipes to international students and followed them step-by-step through the cooking.
The goal was to teach our international students some low-CO2-emissions - a.k.a. vegetarian - recipes to introduce in their daily routine and adopt a sustainable lifestyle. This time we learned 2 vegetarian recipes from Sweden: Rakaka (some sort of potato pancakes) and Kladdkaka (chocolate cake similar to brownies).
The international students had a lot of fun and were able to cook their own version of the dish, while they were able to chat and get to know each other, spending some time together from afar. The recipe was taught step by step by one of our international students from Sweden.
