The activity was an online cooking session where some volunteers shared vegetarian recipes to international students and followed them step-by-step through the cooking.
The goal was to teach our international students some low-CO2-emissions - a.k.a. vegetarian - recipes to introduce in their daily routine and adopt a sustainable lifestyle. In this case the recipe was the Iranian dish Mirza Ghasemi.
The international students had a lot of fun and were able to cook their own version of the dish, while they were able to chat and get to know each other, spending some time together from afar. The recipe was taught step by step by one of our international students from Iran.
