Goal of the Activity

Learning how to cook a typical Apulian dish such as parmigiana and have fun together

Description

Italy is well known all around the globe for its beauties and... for its food obviously!

Each year, Erasmus student get amazed by the Italian food so what if they learnt how to cook Italian food?

That sounds like a fantastic initiative!

Offering Italian cooking classes to Erasmus students in partnership with "Cime di rapa" is a great way to enhance their cultural experience during their time in Italy. Learning to cook traditional Italian dishes like PARMIGIANA is not only a fun activity but also a way to immerse themselves in Italian culture and cuisine.

The fact that each class is led by professional chefs ensures that students receive high-quality instruction and guidance. Plus, the opportunity to enjoy the dishes they've prepared at the end of each class is a delightful way to savor the fruits of their labor.

It's not a surprise that this format has been successful, with tickets selling out quickly.

Studying in Lecce is indeed a unique and amazing experience, and adding Italian cooking classes to the mix can make it even more memorable for Erasmus students. It's a wonderful way to create lasting memories and a deeper connection to the rich culinary traditions of Italy.
