Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to give an opportunity for foreign students to get to know how to make traditional Polish food.
Description
Cooking Class was a Polish cuisine culinary workshop led by Polish gastronomy students.
Foreign students were learning how to make six traditional Polish dishes:
-żurek,
-krupnik,
-pierogi,
-placki ziemniaczane,
-szarlotka,
-chruściki.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
