Goal of the Activity

The main goal of this series of events was to promote Italian cuisine among International students whileĀ helping them integrate with an interactive online activity

Description

We organised three thematic evenings on the topic of the Italian cuisine, each of them focusing on a different recipe:

  1. We encouraged a cultural exchange: two of our volunteers were supposed to cook a mexican dish, while our Mexican Erasmus Student was preparing risotto with mushrooms (recipes were exchanged before, of course) + conversation about both Italian and Mexican traditions;
  2. We focused on an Italian vegetarianĀ recipe realised with food leftovers: bread balls with tomato sauce and cheese;
  3. We challenged International Students with Amatriciana.
