Goal of the Activity
The aim of the visit was to show the cultural heritage of the city of Siena.
Description
ESN Siena GES organized a visit in one of the many contradas' museum and church of the city of Siena, we went in the Valdimontone Contrada. A rapresentative of the Contrada told us about the Palio and how the contradas work, then we went to the Contrada museum to see the banners, the flags and the things that have saved all these years, after the showcase we all sat down and the guys asked questions about life in the Contrada.
