Goal of the Activity
Our aim is to gain knowledge about the world of coffee and to learn practically how various types of coffee are made.
Description
In our coffee workshop, after receiving preliminary information about where coffee beans come from and how the coffee world is formed, we chose the type of coffee we wanted and started making it with our barista trainer. Then, we sipped the coffee we made while having a nice conversation. Finally, we ate rice on chicken with ayran, a Turkish street flavours.
