Goal of the Activity

Introduce people to the concept of climate anxiety and provide coping strategies through an interactive lecture and workshop. Offer an open space to share and discuss emotions and receive.  support.

Description

We will create an insightful workshop on navigating climate anxiety. In a world facing unprecedented environmental challenges, it's normal to feel overwhelmed. Our workshop offers a supportive space to explore strategies for managing climate-related stress and anxiety. Participants will discover practical coping tools and learn how to channel anxiety into positive action. We will start by explaining what climate anxiety is and will then go on to offer actionable steps for building resilience in the face of environmental concerns. Before the workshop we will have a free (donation-based) dinner prepared by the People’s Kitchen (Eco-Socialist Collective).
