ESN Rimini offered erasmus and international students an amazing new sustainable and fun event: simply going to clean the beach, but together with ESN Modena and with the unique support of the local section of Legambiente which is an Italian ONG whose purpose is to protect the environment and fight pollution for an healthier life quality. The goal of the actitivy was to raise awareness about human produced pollution and its risks for beaches and sea ecosystem.
So on the 7th of May from 10:20 am to aperitivo time the event took place.
Program of the day:
- Meeting point in front of the train station at 10.20 am
- Arrival around 11:15 am in Cesenatico and packed lunch together with ESN Modena and chill time to let erasmus and esners know each other.
- From 2 pm to 3 pm garbage collection: to do so you will be split into different teams together with erasmus and international people from the other ESN sections and then will start a competition with prizes for the collection of various waste:

- From 3 pm onwards games on the beach
People were suggesteg to bring hats, suncream, bathing suit, towel, light clothes for the beach and a sweatshirt for the train!
