The activity aims to introduce Erasmus and International people to the district of Rione Sanità, which is one of the most characteristic and peculiar districts in Naples.
The district of Rione Sanità is recognized to be, alongside the historical centre, the most characteristic neighborhood of Naples, because of its history and cultural traditions. The tour includes stops at historical and particular buildings (e.g. Palazzo dello Spagnuolo), churches built in the high middle age period and the native house of "Totò", one of the most influent actors and comedians in the 20s. During the tour, while walking from one stop to another, it is possible to admire many giant murals local people have done in the last centuries. At the end of the tour, Erasmus people may enjoy a particular local dessert which is made exclusively in one particular pastry shop, which is considered as the "last stop" of the tour. This event was organized during the Welcome Week.
