Goal of the Activity
The aim of the activity is to accompany the Erasmus to the knowledge and discovery of the cultural and artistic treasures of the historical centre of Florence.
Description
The city tour includes stops at various sites of interest. At each of them a brief description is given, a story told and, where possible, an anecdote linked to the monument/bridge/square and to Florentine tradition. The stops on our city tour are: Piazza Duomo ( Duomo, Campanile di Giotto, Battistero), Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza del Mercato, Pontevecchio, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza della Signoria ( Piazza, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi) and Piazza Santa Croce.
