The main goal of the city tour was to give students an opportunity to discover the city of Ancona and its cultural heritage. it was also one of the first opportunities for students to meet and get to know each other, in an inclusive, relaxed and fun environment.
This event was organized as part of welcome days to give the best welcome to incoming students for the new academic year. The tour was conducted by a certified guide (certified by the Marche Region) and delivered entirely in English. We took a couple of hours walk around the city visiting and discovering all the most important monuments, historical buildings and points of interest in Ancona, such as the cathedral of San Ciriaco, the old harbor, Trajan's arch, the theater of the Muses etc.
