Goal of the Activity

Show the cities and how they were decorated for the Christmas season.

Description

We visited Ostuni, a town also known as the 'White City' for its characteristic whitewashed houses that climb the hillside. The old town of Ostuni is a maze of winding streets, stairways and small squares overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
Locorotondo, on the other hand, is another charming town in Apulia, known for its circular historical centre offering panoramic views of the Itria Valley. The houses are typically white and decorated with flowers, and the town is famous for its trulli, the characteristic conical dry-stone buildings.
Both locations offer an authentic and unique atmosphere, with the opportunity to immerse oneself in the culture, cuisine and architecture of Apulia.
During the Christmas period, one also has the opportunity to participate in local events, savour traditional culinary specialities and enjoy the Christmas illuminations decorating the streets.
