Christmas and all December is the time when we think about the others- friends, family, strangers in need. We are buying gifts, we think about unprivileged, but usually we forget about ourselves. That’s why every Advent day ESN PK was sharing a reminder, which was encouraging to care about ourselves. All the topics were associated with health- both mental and physical and well- being
