Chocolate Fair

The city of Bari welcomed the Artisanal Chocolate Fair. This event, sponsored by the Municipality, is an unmissable event for lovers of real chocolate. The fair celebrates chocolate in its most authentic form, free from additives and preservatives, with fresh products prepared in limited quantities. Visitors were able to taste a wide range of artisanal delicacies, made with traditional techniques. In addition to tastings, expert Master Chocolatiers held demonstrations and workshops, offering the public the opportunity to discover the secrets of chocolate making.
