The event will help the student to express the emotional challenges they face as students abroad, and realize everyone is going through the same problems. Also through this event, they will find friends for later on they can talk about mental health and also make new friendship
ESN international have “Social Impact Days” which ate dedicated to a week of event which impact students in social matters such as well being, intercultural interaction, breaking stigmas and so on. The main purpose of this activity is bringing together local students and others from different cultures where they learn about how do other people struggle on different matters, how are judged and discriminated, how they felt being abroad and also how this affect their mental health. All this through non formal education activities. This event will help student to get out of their box, by being aware how someone else have been disadvantaged, but also that we share similar stories even though we are from different cultures. The event will take place outdoor as picnic, but also lot of interactive activities will be held.
