Goal of the Activity
The main goal was to teach the Erasmus how to make the "carbonara". The event was very interesting and engaging.
Description
Being the "carbonara" a typical Roman dish, we involved our active member Gianmarco, expert, and lover of Roman cuisine. The event was very interesting and had an excellent response among the participants, who intervened in direct, with many questions and curiosity.
