Goal of the Activity

The goal of the activity was to effectively communicate the organisation's name change to the audience, generate engagement, and strengthen the emotional connection with the community. This was achieved by creating anticipation, clarifying the purpose behind the change, showcasing the organisation's identity and values, and fostering a sense of appreciation and involvement through feedback and acknowledgements, ultimately reinforcing the organisation's commitment to its future projects and the volunteers who contribute to its growth.

Description

The online campaign related to the organisation's name change was carried out in the form of two series of stories. The first series consisted of three stories. The first aimed to create tension, increase interest, and evoke emotions in the audience through an official "farewell." In the second story, the audience learned that the change only concerned the name, and the organisation would now operate under the name ESN Wrocław Tech. The third story in this series was designed to gather feedback from the audience, allowing them to express their congratulations and appreciation.

The second series of stories focused on presenting our identity, the values carried by the previous name, and an announcement of the ambitious projects that lie ahead. The campaign concluded with a thank you to the volunteers for their invaluable contribution to the organisation's development.
