Bridge of Friendship – a project named after the bridge connecting Ruse (Bulgaria) and Giurgiu (Romania), that aims to support the collaboration between two ESN National Organisations, tackling common needs – the decrease in inbound students received by each country in the past years. The scope of the project is to create a European network of 20 ambassadors of the Erasmus+ programme, former participants who completed their study/traineeship mobility either in Bulgaria or Romania, and who will promote the two countries as an Erasmus+ destination within their home universities, alongside the programme. Besides training them in this regard, the project will address other components, including creating campaigns and guidebooks, physical and online informative events, and upgrading the websites of the NOs in order to be more comprehensive when it comes to informing potential inbound students about study options in Bulgaria and Romania.
The project is funded by ESAA.
