Goal of the Activity
Discover the artistic heritage of the main gallery of Milan.
Description
As part of the Domenica al Museo initiative, we invited our international students to the Pinocateca of Brera in a journey through the history of italian painting. The museum is the main gallery of of Milan, home to the finest examples of Italian art in the city from the late medieval times to the 20th century. Among others iconic paintings by Mantegna, Caravaggio and Hayez can be found.
The structure is also home to the Accademia of Brera, Milan's main academy of fine arts.
