Description

If your social anxiety ever flares up at the most inopportune time and you start feeling overwhelmed, we would like to invite you to our "Breaking through social anxiety" event .🧠 Together with our special guest, an experienced psychologist, we want to dig deeper into social anxiety's roots, the way it manifests, and which are the best methods to control it. But even if you don`t experience social anxiety, this event could be a good way to understand people around you or even to help them when needed.
