Goal of the Activity:

This event aligns with ESN’s causes of Health & Well-being, Education & Youth, and Social Inclusion, encouraging students to stay active, develop new skills, and engage in a supportive community. By introducing students to bouldering, the event promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and self-improvement, while fostering a sense of adventure and achievement. Through shared challenges and encouragement, participants build confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections in a fun and inclusive setting.

Description

ESN Vilnius University invites students to challenge themselves and explore the exciting sport of bouldering at this dynamic climbing workshop. Whether participants are complete beginners or experienced climbers, this event offers a chance to learn new skills, test their limits, and share the thrill of climbing in a fun and supportive environment.

During the session, participants:
🧗 Receive guidance on bouldering techniques and safety basics
💪 Climb alongside fellow students, building confidence and strength
🤝 Exchange tips and tricks with both beginners and experienced climbers
