Goal of the Activity

The main goal of the project was to raise awareness about importance of diet, physical and mental condition. We are overwhelmed by daily tasks, meetings and another events so that we barely have time to prepare food or go to the gym. However, by our project we wanted to point out that combining everyday routine and maintaining healthy lifestyle is not very demanding.

Description

The project has mainly two parts. One of them was physical and online events conducted during Health&Well-being Week (03-10.05.2021) and the other one - preparing ebook with simple recipes for students.

  • Body&Mind Yoga  - yoga workshops provided by professional trainer.
  • Online cooking
  • Mindful eating
  • Webinar "Dieta studenta - co jeść, żeby być zdrowym, mieć więcej energii i lepszą pamięć?"
