The main objective of the activity was to celebrate the joint birthday of the ESN IULM and ESN Bicocca sections, creating an opportunity for socialisation, inclusion and sharing between Erasmus students and Italian volunteers.
The Joint Birthday was an open-air event organised in collaboration between the ESN IULM and ESN Bicocca sections, held in May 2025 at Milan's Parco Nord.
With a Caribbean theme and a sunny day, the event brought together around 60 participants, including Erasmus and volunteers, in an informal, convivial and festive setting. The day was marked by themed activities, games, grilled food, music and socialising, culminating in an atmosphere of celebration and collaboration.
Each Working Group contributed to the success of the event, from logistics to set-up, from food & beverage management to communications, in a true example of ESN spirit.
